Colin has been a contributor on small business policy and articles for government, small business publications and on radio. As well as a research background he has strong networks with government, national small business associations and commercial organizations.

He has a BA (Econ), Simon Fraser University, Canada, and Grad. Dip. (Ed. Admin), Melb. Uni. His expertise is in business diagnosis, financial management, business planning and marketing strategies. He has wide industry experience that includes retail, restaurants, small-scale agriculture, tourism and service businesses.
